We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered. We will submit claims for you so that your insurance company may reimburse you directly. If we participate with your insurance company we will ask for your co-payment only at the time of service. We will then submit a claim to your insurance carrier for payment on the balance of your account. Because we can only estimate what your insurance will cover you may have a balance remaining after payment is received from them. At that time we will forward a statement to you for any outstanding balance. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.

To accomplish this we work hand in hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. Additionally, we offer financing through CareCredit, which amounts to obtaining a line of credit for your proposed treatment. We offer 3 month and 6 month interest free options. Please remember although we are extending a courtesy by filing your insurance claims for you, you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
